Tiana is a shouty female in the Copper Coronet. If you speak with her she will ask you if you have seen her husband, Rumar. If you have spoken with Rumar, you can tell her you saw him in the backrooms in which case Tiana will find Rumar with his new lover Priss. After a short debate, Tiana and Priss will attack each other. If Priss dies then Rumar will go off with Tiana, but if Tiana dies then Rumar will go off with Priss.
