Lewsam is the gravedigger in the village of Bayan. He needs a favour, and starts the quest Lost Head. But to a bizzare set of circumstances, he needs a head delivered to a funeral home "Last Meeting", which is located to the west of Bayan, past the gate to Hatmandor.
