1. Mix all ingredients, except egg whites, pecans, and flour, for 5 minutes at low speed. 2. Add egg whites. Mix 2 minutes until smooth. 3. Add flour. Mix 3–4 minutes at low speed. 4. Pour into paper-lined 9" x 13" x 2" greased pan. 5. Bake at 350 °F for 35–40 minutes.
