Thomas Morrison Fairclough (14 November 1817-16 December 1891) was a haulier and local politician. He entered the family business of carmen based in Christian Street, St George in the East. Master of the Worshipful Company of Girdlers 1872, a member of St George in the East Vestry, he represented that body on the Metropolitan Board of Works from 1876-88. Fairclough Street, E1, is named after him.
