The Consanguinity of Men, formerly the Federation of Consanguinity, are the remaining followers of the scholar and mage Carlos Antigos, who was assassinated on his way to a council meeting in Stormwind. They continue on with his directive of uniting the remaining refugees of previous wars diplomatically, and remaining at peace with all governmental bodies of mankind.
