Roon Tours was a travel agency that offered short vacations on the desert planet Tatooine for wealthy, jaded tourists who were seeking unusual thrills. One of their passenger ships was docked in the spaceport of Mos Eisley on Tatooine at the time that the YT-1300 light freighter known as the Millennium Falcon fled the port in order to escape the Galactic Empire shortly before the Battle of Yavin. The company shared its name with the planet Roon.
