Falah was a Shiite insurgent who planted a bomb in the Baathist Headquarters that killed two soldiers in Najaf, Iraq. Falah was in league with Noor Abed Jazeem who orchestrated the bombing. When Falah was interrogated by Sayid Jarrah, he was informed that they already knew the truth but wanted to hear him confess it himself, and that confessing it would only costs him his hands instead of his life.
