SubStandard has two stores; one on Vinewood Boulevard in Market, Los Santos and another in Santa Maria Beach, Los Santos. Both stores are inaccessible and play no role in the storyline whatsoever. The name "SubStandard" implies that the quality of the business and the food is poor.
