Sarah Blake is the wife of Philip Blake, and mother of Penny Blake. She is also Brian Blake's sister in-law, and the daughter in-law to Rose and Ed Blake. Though not actually seen in the novel, Sarah's past and fate are mentioned in The Walking Dead: Rise of the Governor.
