At one point the property of one Ohji Nichibotsu, it seems to have passed through several holding companies after his indictment on Sivad on charges of tax evasion, leaving its current ownership in doubt. Being outside Sivadian jurisdiction, Terminal Point was not broken up when the Sivadian Government seized all Sivad-based assets of Nichibotsu's Hinode Holdings corporation.
