The Deveaux Building was a building in New York, owned by Charles Deveaux, the father of Simone Deveaux. Several pivotal things happened in, on and around the building, such as Isaac's paintings of him and Simone. Baby Claire was given to Noah Bennet on the rooftop of the building by Kaito and Ishi Nakamura who were staying there at the time. It is unknown as to why the building was a prominant feature in the show, but it may have just been coincidence.
