Snowflake Mountain is the second level in Diddy Kong Racing. 2 Balloons are needed to enter. It has four tracks: Everfrost Peak, Walrus Cove, Snowball Valley and Frosty Village. Bluey the Walrus is the boss. If you manage to get the second piece of the Wizpig Amulet and the T.T. Amulet, go to Sherbet Island.
