Marie-Louise Telestrian is the daughter of James Telestrian III. She was born in 2038 and became a skilled decker at a young age. In 2054, at the age of 16, she was involved in a Universal Brotherhood plot to inundate Seattle with insect spirits, and contributed to its being foiled. In later years, she assumed control of her father's company.
