Randy Vasquez (born October 16, 1961) is an American actor best known for his role as Gunnery Sergeant Victor Galindez in JAG. Vasquez appeared in the JAG spin-off series, NCIS, most notably in the Season 12 episode, No Good Deed (episode) as ATF agent Philip Caffey.
