Lepharist Written Oath is a written oath carried by Elite Members in the Lepharist Citadel. It contains the pledge of a Lepharist to devote himself/herself to the cause of the Lepharist Revolutionaries. Obtain and bring the number of Oaths asked by and you get a reward.
