Torgny, the dwarvish smith living deep in the coastal caverns outside of Abel, claims that a warrior wearing this armor was able vanquish the horror that drowned Hy-Brasyl. It is unknown whether the armor plans are historically accurate, or just a homage to the legend. One thing is for certain, this is the strongest armor available to the pre-master warrior.
