The 1923-24 Thunder Bay Junior Playoffs were won by the Kenora Thistles. Since the 1923-24 Memorial Cup Final was held in the west (Winnipeg), Kenora received a bye to the final round of the 1923-24 Eastern Canada Memorial Cup Playoffs, where they lost to the eventual Memorial Cup champion, Owen Sound Greys 15 goals to 12 (11-7, 4-5) in a two game total goal series.
