Owned by Chemical-Dyne and most likely funded by Chrome, the facility has been made to develop biological weapons. Each room has a different type of habitat, most likely to stimulate different types of evolution. The site is sabotaged by The Raven hired by Murakumo. It is later cleared out by Chemical-Dyne.
