Cybloon Ω is a rogue Cybloon M0 Prototype who took over the Research Facility. He appears in the final round of that mission, but does not appear anywhere else. All towers (excluding the 4/4 hologram monkey, if applicable; as well as the four starting towers) are sold at 99% of their purchase price after beating the round immediately preceeding the boss, and the round count resets from 29 of 30 to 1 of 3. At this point, all towers become available, but are capped at 3/3.
