Armor Traders are NPCs who sell Armor. Each trader sells armor that corresponds to there location and the types and levels of the players most likely to be present in those towns. For example, the trader in Laksy only sells armor and gear for Deva characters and only up to Rank 4. Like many other services, the armor trader in the Hidden Village sells all their armor for 15% off the regular price.
