The Imperial Commonwealth Federation (ICF), informally known as Britannia or it's former name, the British Empire comprised the United Kingdom the other Commonwealth countries who shared the same Monarch and the Territories of those countries, most of these states were part of the former British Empire. Imperial Council meetings were rotated around annually between the member states, similarly to the meetings of the Commonwealth of Nations, the secretariat was housed in Marlborough House, London.
