Golanga was a soccer player who played the game in the mid-24th century. In 2366, after hurting his knee, it was replaced with a bio-implant. Vinod was a fan of Golanga and asked Commander Benjamin Sisko about him in 2370. Sisko told that "he wasn't the same" after the operation.
