The Okeanides were believed to have been a mysterious ancient ocean-faring civilization that created the Okeanos Tablets, and are also believed to be the origin of the legends of the Song of Dragons. Tablets left behind by the Okeanides have been found around the world and are considered out-of-place artifacts, never fitting the time or location they were found in.
