This is a recently created Dialect by MrTaylordw Mapper for ocean conflict, still in early stages however. Improved versions will pop up as more mappers use this. The basic idea of this, is to add water provinces to the map. Owned provinces will be on the coasts of blue and red etc., showing their colours as they expand thoughout the ocean. More is explained below.
