Reverend Llewellyn David Bevan (11 September 1842 – 19 July 1918) was a Congregational minister. Born in Llanelli, Wales, Bevan was educated at University College School and New College and University College London, graduating from the University of London BA in 1862 and LLB in 1865. In 1873 he was elected to the London School Board as one of the representatives of the Marylebone Division. He served a single term, standing down at the next school board election in 1876.
