Reginald White Granville-Smith (9 November 1840 - 1929) was a company director and local politician. He was born in Headingley near Leeds, Yorkshire as Reginald White Smith. He was the son of George Smith, a banker, and his wife Mary. He was educated at Leeds Grammar School, leaving for France in 1858. In 1865 he married Fanny Elizabeth Sumpter in Paris. From 1900 he was also a member of Westminster City Council, as a councillor for St Margaret's Ward from 1900–18 and as an alderman until 1928. He served as Mayor of Westminster for 1913-14.
