The garlic amulet is a monster amulet released during the 2009 Halloween events. Available from the palace shoppe for 5,000 PoE on all oceans, it was used to return a vampire pirate to normal. It could be used an unlimited number of times, but decayed after five days. It appeared in the "miscellaneous" section of the booty panel.
