This Fallen is the avatar of Rakanishu, the same Super Unique Fallen players fought back in Diablo II. In combat, he has Electrified and Fast affixes, as in the previous game, but occasionally may spawn with Molten affix as well. He can also emit an electric nova, hitting all enemies within short range of himself. This monster always drops Rakanishu's Blade upon death for PC and console.
