However, this can be a smart investment for players that expect to play for a long period of time on the owner, as the building gains in value over time. After completing the final Main Quest, Do the Ends Justify the Means?, the warehouse can be sold for exactly 80,000 or 120,000 depending on the moral choice taken of bailing out the economy or letting it collapse.
