WAR (2009) was an ewrestling pay-per-view event produced by EWE. It took place on 30th January 2009 at the XL Centre in Hartford, Connecticut and featured talent from both Thunder and Xplosion. As is customary, the winner of the WAR Gauntlet (known as the Hero of WAR) received a World Championship match at that year's Hall of Champions.
