Sometimes offered to you by your executioner, in which case you might ask for something seemingly innocuous, but pivotal to your narrow escape stratagem or even Thanatos Gambit. You might also be offered one last choice of dish which isn't good for escape but at least you die full. And you might ask them to Get It Over With, which tends to be not what they expect.
