Committee for the Reconstruction and Reformation of America Decree 001 (codified CRRA-001) was decree issued by General Stephen Hawke on April 3, 2003, declaring that the United States federal government, along with its associated departments and agencies, are defunct. It also declares that the Committee for the Reconstruction and Reformation of America is the only legitimate government of the former United States, and that any attempted successor states are considered illegitimate.
