Ichiro Hidetsugu was a seasoned bushi of the Badger Clan. He and his two younger brothers, Ichiro Kunihiro and Ichiro Akira, were sent to protect the small farming village of Settou Mura, in the Taru Mountains, which had been attacked by bandits.
