Happy Birthday, Turbo! is fifteenth volume of the Dr. Slump manga series written by Akira Toriyama. It was released on October 9, 1984 in Japan and in May 6, 2008 for the English version. Set in 1984, this volume most notably deals with the birth of Turbo Norimaki and the Play Ball! arc.
