George E. R. "Gus" Kinnear II (born January 12, 1928) is a retired four star admiral in the United States Navy who served as U.S. Military Representative, NATO Military Committee from 1981 to 1982. He was born in Mounds, Oklahoma. He attended George Washington University and Stanford University.
