Mike Kona was a martial artist collared for two burglaries and rape, but the latter charge was dropped. He had sex with Julie Donovan before she was murdered by James McDonnell. Kona was then murdered by Julie's father Terry after being cleared of Julie's murder by his lawyer. (SVU: "Fight")
