The line begins on Duck's Branch Line near Tidmouth and heads east to Callandale and Callandale Fishing Yard and then through a tunnel to Elsbridge where it junctions with Thomas' Branch Line. It turns southward and passes the Sodor Construction Company Yard, a windmill, Elizabeth's Shed and the Coal Hopper before ending just east of Crosby on The Main Line.
