The RG600 has the rounded-edge body style and swoopy, rounded headstock of the older Roadstar body. The RG600 features a basswood body with a flamed maple top bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret ebony fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include dual Ibanez Lo-Z active humbucking pickups with a 2-band equalizer and an Accu-Cast fixed bridge. The RG530 is a related model with passive pickups and a tremolo bridge. The RG600 was discontinued after just one year in production.
