Captain William is a B.S.A.A. agent and is often leading the team guarding Kaiden Westfall on his mission. The two of them are friends in spite of Kaiden's cold personality and they would gladly died for one another. It should be noted that he is the only other survivor of Operation Whitescreen which claimed the lives of his men. He also participated in Operation Shadowsnake as a squad leader instead of as the operation leader. He is often joking with Kaiden as they move along on their mission though he is very capable of taking his job serious. He died during operation Shadowsnake by the vines of an infected tree tearing apart his body.
