Ginji first encountered him fishing in the falls which might be part of the cards territory. Ginji joins him and had a conversation with him. Later, Ginji knew that he's from Infinity Fortress and he's the brother of Longhua, the friend of Ginji who dies before he became the Lightning Emperor.
