Jane started her career working in weekly repertory in the 60s and appeared on television in series such as Dixon of Dock Green, Emergency Ward 10 and Comedy Playhouse. After taking a break Jane returned to the business about twenty years ago. Now in her 60′s Jane tends to play the more alternative mature roles. She is not the grey haired sweet Grandmother type.
