The Special Forces Boots is unlockable clothing in Dead Rising. The boots are one of two pieces of the Special Forces outfit, the other being the Special Forces Uniform. The boots are available after Frank unlocks the achievement Legendary Soldier - by killing ten Special Forces soldiers. The boots will then appear in the Security Room after acquiring an ending.
