Robert Sing - known to his local community as 'Uncle Bobby' - is the founder and current elected governor of the self-titled Bobby's Outpost at a central northern point of both Concord and Sanctuary Hills. As community leader of a peaceful settlement, Robert abhors the use of violence but at the same time insists that the settlement employs the help of willing volunteer militia as well as a small, paid neighbourhood guard consisting of five armed civilians.
