Humorism isn't really funny. Well, it kind of is in a twisted sort of way, but it did a lot of harm. Humorism describes a school of medicine that believed that illness was caused by an imbalance of humors. It was started by a mixture of Ancient Greek and Ancient Roman philosophers, and adopted by India at some point.
