Mega Man Star Force, known as Shooting Star Rockman (流星のロックマン Ryūsei no Rokkuman?) in Japan, is the first game of the Mega Man Star Force series, released for the Nintendo DS in three versions: Pegasus (ペガサス Pegasus?), Leo (レオ Leo?) and Dragon (ドラゴン Dragon?). The series takes place 200 years after the Mega Man Battle Network series and shares many similarities in gameplay.
