The Exclusive Licensing Agreement is a 2004 agreement between Bethesda Softworks and Interplay Entertainment regarding licensing the rights to develop and publish Fallout 3 and two further Fallout games from Interplay by Bethesda. It was later superseded by the Asset Purchase Agreement, in which Bethesda purchased the rights to the Fallout franchise as a whole.
