Jessica Lovejoy returns to Bart and they start dating again, only for Jessica to frame Bart for spray painting the front of the school. Lisa knows that Jessica did it and helps Bart prove his innocence. Meanwhile, Marge is kidnapped and Sarah disguises as her to win over Homer. Homer eventually finds out so he locks her in a locker in Capital City and he rescues Marge.
