Psionic Attack is a simple, outright, telepathic blast at an opponent. Psionic Attack is +taskrolled at 0, willpower is rolled at 0 (or +2 if Psi Resistant). The Psi stat's rank relative to Fair*10 is the ODF. ODF+Difference in rolls*10-DDF is the amount of damage. For example, ODF for this attack with Fair Psi (post scaling) would be 0, Great Psi would be 20.
