Water Hyacinth Nectar is an alchemical ingredient derived from the Water Hyacinth plant, an aquatic plant found in many bodies of water (both fresh and marine). Look for it along the rivers of Cyrodiil and along the seashore of the Gold Coast and Blackwood. There is a plethora of Water Hyacinth in a lake to the west of Fort Roebeck and one before Smuggler's Cave.
