"Sixty Six" Harrington is a hired killer and hitman who is widely feared in the underworld. He has no known affiliations and for the most part works for the highest bidder, charging for each target killed. He is infamous for being an excellent shot, as well as for his extremely fast shooting speed, which earned him his epithet.
